Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our successful team. The BDR will handle all incoming sales inquiries, showroom requests, service requests, and internet queries, ensuring excellent customer service and sales generation. Responsibilities include managing appointment queries, coordinating with departments, tracking vehicle sales, and handling paperwork. The ideal candidate has previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles, preferably with automotive industry knowledge. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries via phone or internet.

Coordinate questions and issues with relevant departments.

Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.

Confirm special order parts.

Follow up with sales leads.

Handle paperwork and documentation.

Provide administrative assistance as needed.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet skills.

Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
