Job Description This role can be hired as a Grade 18 or 19; candidate experience will determine grade. Purpose: As a member of the marketing team, this role will be responsible for building and executing health care provider marketing plans for the Chronic Migraine indication. Key responsibilities include brand strategy, HCP digital ecosystems, non-personal promotion, tactical plan development for sales force execution. Responsibilities: Strategy and execution for key HCP programs HCP Digital ecosystem (website, CRM, Digital brand team, etc.) Non-personal promotion strategy development and execution Portfolio positioning commercial partnership relationship Competitive intelligence and response Lead designated workstreams with Agency partners and other key stakeholders for strategic planning and execution Support oversight of HCP Promo Budget allocation Collaboration with customer engagement team to support Patient Advocacy Sponsorships and Relations/Events
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in direct-to-physician marketing preferred Track record of effective execution and pull through, cross functional leadership, and positive results Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to make persuasive presentations to customers, sales teams, partners and senior leadership Ability to work with colleagues, internal cross functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, Medical and Project Management) to bring new field resources to market Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills Financial/budgetary experience
