Metric Geo are hiring a Project Controls Manager for an EPC Construction Firm building Hyperscale Data Centers. The Client: A global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. The company specializes in complex, large-scale projects, including energy transition initiatives, advanced technologies, and mission-critical government work. Known for its commitment to safety, sustainability, and technical excellence, Fluor offers professionals the opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape industries and communities worldwide. Job Description: Responsible for leading all project controls functions—including cost management, planning, scheduling, estimating, and performance measurement—for large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects. You will develop and maintain integrated project controls systems aligned with company standards, create and manage detailed schedules using Primavera P6, and oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and earned value analysis.
