We are seeking a Vice President of Distribution Operations who wants to use their knowledge to help grow our venture capital-backed business. Someone who has strong background in U.S. healthcare delivery systems and hospital-based selling would be a great fit. As a Vice President of Distribution Operations, some of your job duties will include: Develop, implement and improve operations (distribution/customers service) and field sales integration points to ensure alignment with corporate goals and go-to-market plans Evaluate Enabling Techology Trends: (Robotics, AI-assisted surgery, regenerative medicine) and assess impacts on the company’s distribution & customer service systems Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Finance, Regulatory, and Customer Service to align field efforts with overall business objectives Oversee execution of distribution & customer services strategies, and performance metrics. Define and implement the distribution process and system innovation roadmap aligned with the company’s overall goals, focusing on areas such as product deployment, technology adoption, and asset utilization Oversee launch and deployment of new orthopedic implants, instruments, and enabling technologies Recruit, mentor, and retain top distribution & customer service talent Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and fostering professional growth Maintain strong relationships with commercial leadership, distribution network, product management and quality/regulatory Work with the process of training delivery and accountability towards completion Responsible for the mapping and process of distributor-led, or SI co-led local marketing activities to adhere to brand standards Provide feedback from Distributors on success of local programs, and scale of cost-benefit analysis pertaining to local distributor events Establish and refine SOPs and field processes to support scalability and efficiency. Lead territory asset planning in collaboration with internal stakeholders To be successful as a Vice President of Distribution Operations, you will have the following experiences and skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, health or related, MBA preferred 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial operations, preferably in medical devices or diagnostics Proven track record of leading large, distributed commercial operations and achieving growth in highly competitive markets Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare delivery systems, procurement pathways, and hospital-based selling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance Commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning If you believe that you are perfectly fit to join our team as a Vice President of Distribution Operations, please consider applying today.
