to act as a strategic business manager,

This role requires a cross-functional collaborator who will work closely with Product, Sales, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams to ensure successful market adoption and accelerated revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong data analytic skills, excels at strategic planning and cross functional leadership, ability to pick up complex topics quickly and thrives on delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Program/Project Management -Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies for the product launch and ongoing growth initiatives. -Coordinate cross-functional resources, manage actions, and track progress to ensure timely completion of strategic initiative goals. o Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

2. Tiger Team Leadership : -Lead cross-functional resources across GTM, product, and G&A functions on a recurring basis and establish new processes to drive product growth. -Formulate and execute growth initiatives/business cases to impact sales pipeline, reduce sales friction, and improve sales readiness. -Monitor pipeline / KPIs, identify growth opportunities, implement data-driven initiatives, and build detailed financial models to support business cases. -Provide recurring updates to the Senior Executive Team on performance, bottlenecks, and investment requirements.

3. Sales Support & Growth Initiatives -Act as a liaison between Sales and Product teams, ensuring sales feedback is incorporated into product roadmap and enhancements. -Partner with Sales leadership to track pipeline, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sales processes for the product. -Lead data-driven analyses to measure performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to accelerate revenue growth.

4. Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement -Work closely with leadership to define strategic objectives, success criteria, and KPIs for product growth. -Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., sales conversion, adoption, customer satisfaction) to inform future initiatives and optimize existing processes. -Drive continuous improvement by identifying best practices, streamlining workflows, and evaluating new tools or methodologies that enhance productivity and collaboration Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) a plus. -5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Product Management or similar roles -Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects within fast- paced environments. -Skilled in analytical tools such as Tableau is a plus. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
