Principal Technical Program Manager
to join our team to lead the development of core Foundational Models that enable the creation of thousands of internal and external Generative AI Applications. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial product manager who is passionate about leveraging Generative AI to benefit Amazon businesses and customers. If you enjoy leading technical product innovation to create products used by all Amazon teams and AWS customers, then join us. We want a customer-obsessed product manager who excels at discovering customer needs, innovating on their behalf, and developing experiences that raise the bar for AGI Foundation Models. You will be the voice of the customer, responsible for driving a product roadmap that enables Amazon to build the most powerful Foundation Models. Your role includes inventing on behalf of our customers, advocating for their needs throughout the design, build, and launch phases. This position has high visibility, requiring clear and compelling communication at all company levels. Additionally, you will measure business impact by analyzing metrics and customer feedback. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential; you should work efficiently, adapt quickly, and iterate rapidly. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of technical product or program management experience 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams 5+ years of software development experience Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
