Minimum 5 years in product marketing or product management positions About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and lifecycle management of our products. This role will be pivotal in shaping brand positioning, driving customer engagement, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth. Key Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management:
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products from ideation to sunset, ensuring alignment with business goals. Brand Strategy:
Develop and execute brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings. Sales Enablement:
Partner with sales teams to create compelling sales tools, training, and collateral that drive conversion and retention. Market Research & Insights:
Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market trend assessments to inform product and marketing strategies. Forecasting & Performance Tracking:
Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to forecast demand, set KPIs, and monitor campaign effectiveness. New Product Development (NPD):
Work closely with product management and R&D to support the development and launch of new products. Marketing Planning:
Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans across channels to drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech environment Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and research teams Seniority level
