The Role

Presidio is seeking a

Marketing Manager

who will oversee and coordinate all marketing activities for the Splunk Practice in partnership with Presidio Corporate Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal and external resources to execute effective digital marketing campaigns, manage content creation efforts, drive partner relationships including acquisition of marketing development funds, deliver meaningful data to highlight strengths and opportunities within our marketing efforts, lead event planning, and work collaboratively to execute all marketing needs for the Splunk practice within Presidio.

Travel Requirements:

In this role, you will be expected to travel up to 15%. You can be based in any US location, with a strong preference for candidates living in Indianapolis, IN, or Denver, CO.

Key Objectives:

Align the brand's performance with industry benchmarks using market and competitor data.

Build and manage a reporting framework to measure performance across campaigns and content, with regular reporting to leadership.

Create a content strategy supporting digital demand generation, partnering with external resources for high-impact content.

Responsibilities:

Design and own a scalable demand generation reporting system using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.

Forecast and manage pipeline goals, building forecasts based on trends and reporting performance regularly.

Establish and maintain marketing performance dashboards reflecting KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and velocity.

Lead external vendors in producing and distributing campaign assets, assessing performance impact.

Analyze distribution channels for ROI, attribution, and investment opportunities, recommending scaling or divestment.

Ensure content aligns with the buyer journey, tracking engagement and influencing future content strategies.

Report marketing performance to leadership, explaining data insights and future actions.

Maintain a test-and-learn culture through structured experiments and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

4-7 years in B2B marketing, with 2-3 years leading demand generation in SaaS or B2B services.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot.

Proven ability to forecast pipeline and build executive-ready reports.

Experience managing external vendors for content, media buying, and SEO.

Strong analytical skills with fluency in marketing and sales metrics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of multi-touch attribution and lead scoring frameworks.

Experience in startups or high-growth environments.

Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and ABM tools.

Background in go-to-market or product marketing.
