Job Summary This role is hybrid, onsite Tuesday - Thursday. Job Description Required skills: Extensive hands-on experience in O9 integration and configuration. Minimum of 4 years direct involvement in O9 demand and supply chain development and implementation. Expertise in O9 allocation development to manage ongoing development requirements. Act as the primary technical liaison for the functional team to address new requirements. Contribute to deployments, rollouts, and continuous day-to-day improvements. Develop and test custom O9 allocation programs supporting data conversions, interfaces, and project implementation methodologies. Experience with interface with SAP is an advantage. Gather functional and business requirements from users and collaborate with technical teams on design and implementation. Perform fit-gap analysis and lead functional design approval processes. Prepare and review documentation for thoroughness and accuracy. Collaborate with end users and team members on projects. Engage with business users, client managers, and specialists to understand requirements and the broader implementation landscape. Design high-level solutions tailored to specific requirements. Suggest and validate solution options based on needs. Make independent decisions and liaise directly with customers, driving solutions until go-live, and maintain communication with stakeholders. Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, planning, and communication skills. Proven ability to test intricate test plans/scripts. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio). Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. Responsibilities: Understand Medline's supply chain and related business processes. Interact with business users to understand and document requirements. Translate requirements and solutions into system designs for development by teams in India or the US, and analyze impacts for testing. Work with developers to validate designs and ensure they meet business needs. Assist in development and unit testing of designs. Develop and execute test strategies and plans. Support testing staff during test execution. Troubleshoot system issues using data analysis and debugging tools. Serve as the primary contact for support issues during business hours, including end-user calls and batch job issues. Provide feedback to development and functional teams to ensure quality and schedule adherence. Communicate regularly with corporate headquarters on process and system updates. Provide clear documentation and updates on assignments. Estimate and give feedback on project timelines to management. The salary range for this position is $96,200 - $144,560 annually, depending on experience and location. The role is bonus/incentive eligible.
