Job DescriptionJob Description Oracle Business Process Analyst – Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Unison Systems is seeking a highly skilledOracle Business Process Analystwith expertise in theQuote-to-Cash (Q2C)process to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing Q2C business processes within the Oracle Fusion applications and Oracle Cloud ERP environment, ensuring seamless integration across Sales,Order Management, Pricing, Receivables, and Revenue Management.This role will be expected to actively engage in strategic conversations with senior business leadership. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document current Q2C business processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for Q2C, including CPQ, Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and AR modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Operations) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Configure Oracle ERP modules and support testing, training, and deployment activities. Develop functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically in Q2C processes. Strong understanding of CPQ, Order Management, Pricing, AR, and Revenue Management. Experience with Oracle Fusion applications and integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skills Oracle CPQ certification or relevant Oracle Cloud certifications. Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
