Leidos has a current job opportunity for a Defensive Cyber Operations Site Lead/Manager on the DISA GSM-O II program supporting the DISA Joint Operations Center (DJOC) embedded with DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD. The candidate will support the DISA GSM-O II TN13 Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Branch. This position will provide leadership for defensive cyber operations activities and will be expected to actively engage with a variety of customers and mission partners, anticipating their needs, and delivering flawlessly. Primary Responsibilities include serving as a leader for a team of 30+ personnel consisting of Leidos and subcontractor partners across multiple DCO function areas including Internal Countermeasures, Boundary, Fusion, Transformation, and Cyber Planning; managing/ coordinating training activities, DoD 8570.01 compliance tracking, and continuous service improvement activities; leading staffing efforts for the DCO portion of the program; supporting execution within budget and meeting technical targets on schedule; coordinating with DJOC J34 (Customer) and PMO support; supporting delivery of CDRLs; working with contract technical leadership; coordinating across technical and organizational boundaries; communicating effectively; identifying and mitigating risks; supporting business development and implementation of Leidos policies and procedures; establishing and maintaining an inclusive work environment consistent with Leidos values and ethics; serving as a people leader for personnel supporting the DCO desk including conducting annual performance assessments, validating/approving time charging, providing coaching/mentoring, and developing and executing continual service improvement technical strategies. Basic Qualifications include BS/BA degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, active Top Secret/SCI clearance, meeting DoD 8570.01 certification requirements for IAM Level I prior to start date with ability to obtain CND-A certification within 180 days, experience supporting and leading computer network defense or cyber security teams, experience working with DoD/Government/Commercial Customer Leaders, strong technical leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility in responding to business needs. Preferred Qualifications include IAM Level II certification, ITIL v3 or v4 certification, degree or equivalent experience in related fields, CND experience within a Computer Incident Response organization, understanding of network threats and intrusion tactics, and ability to engage with cyber intelligence analyst counterparts across US Intelligence and cyber communities.
