We have an exciting opportunity for a Subcontracts Manager to join our Subcontracts team at our location in Centennial, CO. This role will primarily support our Space Systems and Weapons divisions, but may also support other areas as well. The ideal candidate requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment, providing subcontract leadership for the company. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership to management and program managers on procurement/subcontracts issues relating to government, commercial, and international subcontracts. Manage subcontract policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with laws and regulations while meeting company objectives. Recommend modifications as needed. Manage work assignments and provide direction to staff while ensuring processes meet timelines. Review confidentiality agreements, license agreements, and other documentation for conformance to business objectives, policies, and legal requirements. Manage the subcontracts portion of company proposal preparation. Perform final review and evaluation of RFP/RFQs, source selection decisions, price/cost analyses, terms and conditions, and other subcontract documentation. Identify and manage subcontract issues, developing creative solutions for complex problems. Act as primary contact for subcontract activities and issues. Represent the company with subcontractors, suppliers, and government officials. Manage planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of human resources to ensure management and professional talent availability. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform other duties as assigned or required. We value diversity and welcome all qualified individuals to apply. Job Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field, and at least eleven years of progressively complex experience in contracts, with five years managing contracts/subcontracts processes. Equivalent experience may substitute for education. Extensive technical expertise in government, commercial, and international contract administration, with leadership skills. Thorough understanding of laws and regulations including FAR, FAR supplements, and UCC. Ability to resolve complex management and technical problems and serve as a spokesperson on projects. Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with all levels. Ability to work independently and in teams, with willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed. Job Type: Full-Time Salary range: $100,290 - $183,098 Seniority level
