This position is responsible for leading engineering projects, providing technical guidance, and coordinating efforts across various teams. The role requires a hybrid work schedule with in-person attendance three days a week at the Frederick, MD location. Key Responsibilities include: Managing multiple engineering projects supporting the National Cancer Institute. Providing technical guidance during project planning and execution. Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and scope changes. Coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. Reviewing engineering documents and ensuring compliance with standards. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of four years of related experience, including two in a supervisory role. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Professional Engineer in Maryland. Preferred Qualifications: Over 15 years of progressive engineering experience, including supervision. Strong communication skills and experience in large industrial or research facility projects. Additional Information: This job is not expired and actively accepting applications. Salary range: $150,400 - $258,500 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
