MEP Manager- A1 main con The MEP Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) subcontractor works, as well as ensuring harmonious collaboration with other trades within the construction project.

Requirements: To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Minimum 15 years of engineering experience
in construction post-graduation, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry practices and standards. At least 10 years of experience in Design
for commercial complexity projects, showcasing proficiency in developing innovative solutions for challenging environments. A minimum of 5 years as the lead person
guiding the design team on complex projects, highlighting strong leadership and decision-making skills. The ideal MEP Manager possesses a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities. They must be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve project success.
