Salary Range: $115,000-$145,000 USD About Pinchin Pinchin is a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing engineering, building sciences, environmental, civil, and occupational health and safety solutions across the US and Canada. We are expanding and seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Building Science & Resiliency team in Los Angeles, Orange County, or the Inland Empire. Role Overview You will assist clients with transactional due-diligence, capital planning, and asset management, working closely with senior professionals. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and skill development. Key Responsibilities
Partner with Health & Safety to ensure best practices. Lead project teams, perform senior review, and manage client relations. Develop regional strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee project budgets and timelines. Engage with clients and industry events. Build and maintain client relationships. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative culture. Prepare and review proposals. Support professional development and succession planning. Participate in industry organizations and conferences. Lead by example, embodying Pinchin’s core values. Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in construction/building industry. Over 1 year of management experience. Technical knowledge of building enclosure systems and construction. Strong technical writing and project management skills. Experience in client acquisition and retention. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license, ability to travel 30%, and work outdoors as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Over 6 years of construction industry experience. Degree in engineering, architecture, or related field. Professional Engineer, Architect, or General Contractor license. Industry credentials like LEED, CSI, PMI, etc. Experience with building science, testing standards, and forensic assessment. What We Offer
