Wanting someone ideally in LA county area or San Diego CA, can include Orange County. Broader LA area so can come onsite to client as needed in Silverlake. (Located within 4-5 hours drive) ABOUT THE ROLE: Join us for an unparalleled opportunity to spearhead an enterprise-wide back-office transformation at a prestigious top academic medical center. As the Program Manager, you will lead a groundbreaking multi-year initiative to implement Oracle Fusion Cloud for ERP, HCM, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience. This phased implementation involves a dynamic cross-matrix team, including a system integrator that will be supporting the planning, design and build. This project is a chance to lead a truly transformative project that will have a lasting impact on the client and allow them to realize a real return on investment. Although this program will be the initial focus of the role, this is a long-term position at Client and a good candidate that excels with Client in this initial multiyear program will be placed on other programs and clients if available following this engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the strategy and implementation of the program in partnership with the Client principles responsible for the engagements. • Coordinate, engage and lead a large and diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts through a complex program that will include fundamentally changing workflows and current processes. • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation in coordination with the system integrator. • Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment through constant communication and realistic expectation setting. • Manage team of project managers and coordinators to effectively and efficiently execute project goals and objectives. • Manage the relationships with the external vendors involved and enforce accountability and quality delivery where required. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of project management tools and processes used with the delivery lifecycle. • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet business needs. Requirements: • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills. • Experience managing large-scale ERP projects with stakeholders across multiple departments and disciplines. • Strong knowledge of healthcare provider operations, applications, and industry standards. • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Hi would be ideal but not required. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in risk identification, management and mitigation, and change management procedures. • Demonstrated ability to work on and manage challenging projects with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve objectives with limited supervision and guidance. • Ability to manage agile, waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and equivalent planning tools. • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Key Requirements: • ERP Implementation Experience (must-have): • Minimum 1 large-scale, end-to-end ERP implementation (14–24 months+). • Ideally involving all 3 pillars: ERP (finance), HR, and Supply Chain. • Project scale: ~7,000 employees or similar complexity. • Oracle Cloud Fusion experience (highly preferred). • Stronger consideration given to candidates with Oracle Fusion in healthcare—especially provider orgs like hospitals. • Will also consider candidates with Workday or SAP ERP experience if strong.
