Job Description:
Implement Agile and Scrum principles within the teams. Facilitate, serve as a Scrum Master, coach, and train the team in all Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, product backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Participate in story point estimations using techniques like planning poker with Fibonacci series during sprint planning sessions.
Facilitate SLA meetings between policy, billing, compliance, legal teams, and external partners.
Implement SOA architecture and orchestrate web services for data and process reuse in the new system.
Coordinate release planning and roadmaps with the Product Owner, Project Manager, and Release Train Engineer.
Collaborate with application domain architects to design and implement RESTful web services.
Draft and maintain business requirements, aligning them with functional and technical specifications.
Manage project artifacts, features, and user stories using Team Foundation Server.
Oversee the implementation cycle, ensuring adherence to critical dates, testing, escalation management, prioritization, and customer communication.
Recommend operational improvements based on analysis of customer payments data.
Create dashboards with Adobe Analytics and Tableau for business analytics and performance monitoring.
Track and manage the progress of onshore and offshore teams using Agile Scrum methodology.
Organize ongoing Scrum meetings to ensure iterative project completion.
Ensure final user documentation effectively conveys necessary information to clients.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, or related field. Scrum Master Certification. Various future unanticipated worksites within the U.S.
