Job Description Kimberly-Clark is seeking a dynamic leader to head our Sustainability Data Reporting & Analytics. Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, this role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance our digital sustainability and ESG solutions, overseeing data collection, validation, and analytics, and leading ESG reporting and disclosures. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leaders across various departments to integrate data management strategies and improve sustainability reporting processes. Responsibilities
Lead a team responsible for developing digital solutions for data transparency, analytics, and forecasting related to ESG and safety goals. Manage ESG data strategy and reporting processes. Partner with digital technology teams to integrate data management systems. Ensure data quality through robust collection, harmonization, and controls, working with internal audit and finance teams. Create training strategies for stakeholders and users. Consolidate and analyze ESG data across business units for comprehensive reporting. Design and execute an ESG Digital Solutions Roadmap, including platform enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams to embed ESG into strategic planning. Oversee ESG reporting and disclosures, including annual reports and external compliance. Monitor industry trends and benchmark performance. Prepare data for audits, shareholder reports, and external disclosures. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Accounting, or related field. 10+ years of experience in digital solutions deployment, ESG/sustainability, and corporate data reporting. 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Experience in large, consumer-oriented industries and working with data reporting tools like Snowflake, PowerBI. Strong analytical skills with complex data sets. Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills. Knowledge of ESG regulatory requirements and assurance processes. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
