About Neopod Systems

Neopod Systems is redefining modular prefabricated construction for high-complexity commercial and healthcare projects — including hospitals, hotels, and multi-level housing. By integrating precision manufacturing with disciplined program execution, we deliver consistent, high-quality results faster and more efficiently than traditional construction methods.

Position Overview

The

Director of Program Delivery

will serve as the strategic leader overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of all modular construction programs. This role drives project accountability, cross-department coordination, and operational excellence across Project Management, Design, Manufacturing, and Field Installation. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex construction programs and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program and Project Oversight Provide strategic leadership to the Project Management team to ensure delivery excellence across all project phases. Implement and maintain standardized scorecards to measure project health (budget, schedule, quality, client satisfaction). Enforce full lifecycle accountability — from kickoff to closeout — including change orders, AR forecasting, and schedule milestones. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead weekly coordination meetings with Production, Procurement, Quality Control, and Field teams to proactively address constraints or delays. Serve as the escalation point for resolving conflicts between design, manufacturing, and field operations. Ensure seamless transitions between phases of work, reinforcing clarity of ownership and accountability at each handoff. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Continuously evaluate and improve project delivery processes using lean principles and data-driven performance metrics. Drive adoption of consistent project planning tools and documentation across teams. Monitor and act on key indicators such as labor efficiency, material availability, fabrication readiness, and field install productivity. Modular Construction Expertise Guide teams through the unique sequencing and logistics of modular project delivery. Ensure adherence to modular-friendly design principles and manufacturing considerations during early-stage planning. Champion constructability reviews and standardization strategies to reduce rework and enhance quality. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all projects meet applicable healthcare and commercial construction standards, (i.e. ADA) Work with internal and external partners to maintain regulatory readiness and thorough documentation throughout project execution. Design Team Oversight Lead and mentor the in-house Design team, ensuring design intent aligns with program goals, manufacturing capabilities, and client requirements. Facilitate collaboration between Designers and Project Managers to promote constructability, modular thinking, and milestone readiness. Ensure that design deliverables are timely, accurate, and support efficient downstream execution—without requiring direct modeling or drafting.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

10+ years of construction project or program management experience, with 5+ years in modular, offsite, or design-build environments. Proven success delivering complex commercial or healthcare projects with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with modular manufacturing principles and prefab workflows.
