As the

Revenue Operations Manager - GTM & Systems

at accessiBe, you’ll own the strategic layer of our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations. You’ll play a key role in defining and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), driving segmentation strategies, optimizing our tech stack, and leading productivity initiatives across the revenue organization. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and Finance to ensure our GTM motions are efficient, data-driven, and aligned for sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and addressable market. Report on ICP TAM analysis and penetration for both outbound and inbound funnels. Drive customer segmentation analysis focused on win rates, LTV, churn, and cohort trends. Align outbound strategies across Marketing, SDRs, and Sales for effective targeting of ICP accounts. Assess inbound funnel performance, including speed-to-lead, marketing ROI, and lead conversion efficiency. Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack for cost efficiency, integration, and enablement value. Identify opportunities for tech stack consolidation and cost savings. Provide insights and recommendations to inform GTM investments and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data-driven GTM planning. Support annual sales planning and target setting by partnering with stakeholders to define data-driven revenue goals, territories, and quotas.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth tech environment. Proven ability to translate business objectives into data-driven operational strategies. Strong analytical skills with experience conducting segmentation, funnel, and performance analysis. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other GTM tools such as SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc. Familiarity with sales planning, quota setting, and territory design. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and execution. Strong interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve GTM efficiency.
