Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience working in global organizations and influencing across multiple teams including vendor management/third-party partner teams. Experience with spreadsheet and presentation software, VISIO, or other project tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment with frequent priority changes. Excellent verbal/written communication, discussing agreements, problem-solving, project management, and customer service skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Warehouse Engineering team manages the tools that operations use to execute their daily work. This includes the software and hardware solutions that reduce friction, improve accuracy, and enable efficient operations at scale. This team is responsible for program management, project execution, software capabilities, material handling automation, technology integration, and strategic relationship management with all stakeholders. Key results include operations processes flow optimization, productivity improvements, financial savings, and program life-cycle management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Support and deliver operational capabilities based on business requirements and present status reports to stakeholders and internal teams. Monitor and track key performance indicators. Identify areas for improvement and develop programs to address below goal KPIs. Develop and implement strategic programs to solve logistics problems. Work with third-party logistics partners to establish processes, solve challenges, and establish corrective action plans. Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to understand individual needs and develop scalable solutions.
