Our client, a stellar global Am Law firm, has an active need for an intellectual property litigation attorney (3-4 yrs) to join its cutting-edge practice as an associate in Chicago. This international practice represents an impressive client roster of leading pharmaceutical and technology companies in a wide range of intellectual property matters. Highlights: · Chambers-ranked intellectual property practice · Formal mentoring program for associates as well as professional development opportunities · Firm is actively involved in community service and has been recognized as a pro bono advocate and innovator, both in Chicago and firmwide Responsibilities: · Represent a variety of clients in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation matters · Handle all aspects of IP litigation matters, including drafting complaints, managing discovery, preparing contentions, taking depositions, and preparing dispositive motions and settlement agreements Required Qualifications: · 3-4 years of IP litigation experience · Experience with all aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints, managing discovery, preparing contentions, taking depositions, and preparing dispositive motions and settlement agreements · Large law firm experience preferred · Patent bar eligibility · Top academic credentials Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000 – $310,000.
