Based on your feedback and our perspective on duties and areas of interest, the responsibilities and expectations for this role are summarized below. What a day at EXP has in store for you

Assist in growing the NG sector in Texas by coaching, developing, and mentoring junior team members, identifying and initiating business development opportunities in rail & transit projects, and delivering projects successfully and profitably. Serve as Project Manager on projects, ensuring profitable and repeatable results. Identify strategic opportunities for differentiators and niche services with existing and future clients by engaging with industry leaders committed to transforming transit and transportation infrastructure. Promote high-quality professional services by encouraging alternative delivery methods and expanding the Texas client and project base. Coordinate with company departments to develop efficient and competitive proposals. Build partnerships with stakeholders such as government agencies, transit commissions, railroads, and freight clients. Participate in industry associations like APTA, AREMA, ARDA, IANA. Ensure accountability and profitability in project development, execution, and management, providing support to project teams. Provide leadership grounded in accountability, mentorship, and technical excellence in transportation engineering. Foster productive internal and external relationships. What your experience looks like

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required. 10+ years of responsible experience in transit and/or passenger rail, with proven leadership and project management skills, and ability to obtain a PE license in Texas. Experience leading alternative delivery pursuits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
