EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma/GED Required; Minimum Two (2) Years related experience preferred; or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience ADP Software Experience, A Plus QUALIFICATIONS: Possess working knowledge of general office administrative and clerical procedures Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office required: (mostly Excel) Good organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task and complete several projects simultaneously Possess team mentality with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to manage information and communication while maintaining confidentiality Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing demands Possess ability to process, maintain, and disburse confidential and sensitive Possess working knowledge of HR/Payroll practices and procedures including applicable state and federal laws RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and process invoices, ensuring proper approvals and timely payments. Generate and distribute checks; reconcile accounts and handle vendor inquiries. Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, and AP files. Coordinate employee inquiries and HR-related matters with the corporate HR team. Set up/maintain employee records; assign and input hourly staff into the timekeeping system. Track time, PTO, attendance, and payroll status changes; collaborate weekly with plant management and corporate payroll to process payroll. Collect and compile personnel data for reporting purposes. Access and review personnel files to respond to authorized inquiries from site and corporate staff. Support recruitment efforts in coordination with the corporate recruiter. Compile and submit employee benefit documentation to corporate HR for processing and administration.
