Job Description Summary The Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Project Manager oversees project management for specific client accounts, property portfolios, or large facilities. Responsibilities include monitoring service execution, coordinating processes related to client agreements, supervising project managers, space planners, and CAD operators, and providing detailed reports to senior management and building/facility teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and schedule meetings, develop agendas, and maintain project budgets and timelines to meet objectives and client needs. Prepare and review project reports and drawings across all project phases. Assist in selecting and overseeing consultants and construction teams, integrating other project components as necessary. Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, advising management accordingly. Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients. Supervise and evaluate project team members, including project managers, space planners, and CAD operators. Provide documentation and reports to clients and management. Collaborate with building/facility personnel to achieve corporate goals. Report major issues and results to management with recommendations. Ensure proper documentation and approvals for organizational changes and expenditures. Set goals and objectives for supervised teams. Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate subordinates. Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations. KEY COMPETENCIES Client Focus Communication Skills Leadership Technical Proficiency Consultation EDUCATION B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field required. EXPERIENCE Minimum 7 years of related engineering/construction project experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory project management role, especially in leading and developing teams.
