Human Resources Manager - Field Leadership Pipeline

to join our growing team.

This isn’t your typical HR role — it’s a high-impact, mobile position where no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to step into interim HR leadership roles at one of our field locations, drive company-wide HR projects, build scalable processes, and directly contribute to developing future HR leaders across the organization. This role is a key part of our HR talent pipeline, preparing you for future site-based HR leadership positions as ImageFIRST continues to expand.

What You'll Do as an Human Resources Manager - Field Leadership Pipeline

Step in Where Needed Provide hands-on HR leadership at field locations during transitions or temporary vacancies, keeping teams supported and engaged. Lead Strategic Projects Partner with the HR Director on key initiatives that strengthen our HR operations, consistency, and people-first culture across multiple locations. Build for the Future Help create scalable, repeatable HR processes and toolkits that fuel our growth and ensure operational excellence. Leverage Data for Impact Develop dashboards and metrics to track HR performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Mentor Rising Talent Support and coach HR Generalists to build a strong bench of future HR leaders. Champion Compliance & Best Practices Stay on top of employment law and HR trends to ensure we’re always aligned with the latest best practices.

What You Bring

4-6 years of HR Generalist experience; 1-2 years in an HR Manager role leading others. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. Experience supporting multi-site HR operations and managing change initiatives. Strong Excel and HRIS skills; experience building dashboards and analyzing HR metrics. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Ability to travel in the region 50% of the time.
