The Project Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of project delivery—from design through construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations. This includes schedule, budget, quality, contractor oversight, and coordination with key stakeholders such as owners, permitting agencies, and utilities. **Projects are $25 million+ in size, please only apply if you have experience in managing multiple projects of this size** Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, and delivery; ensure alignment with financial targets, schedules, and operational readiness. Serve as the primary liaison with general contractors, field staff, and owners; coordinate daily site activities, reporting, and OEC meetings. Manage preconstruction, permitting, engineering reviews, tendering, and execution. Provide constructability input and oversee project controls including RFIs, submittals, invoices, and change orders. Ensure compliance with all permitting and utility coordination requirements. Interface with state/local officials and utilities as needed. Maintain accountability for project schedule and budget. Track progress, resolve field issues, and enforce quality and safety standards. Collaborate with internal teams including legal, EPC, and operations to ensure seamless project close-out and handover. Supervise and mentor project staff. Evaluate performance, identify training needs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in construction or project management with a top-tier general contractor or real estate developer. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and stakeholder relationships in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and results. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Oracle, and PDF tools. Certifications: PMP preferred, OSHA 30 required. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering from a leading university.
