Provide project and task management, direct hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, stormwater systems modeling and design, and oversee the production of design calculations and technical reports; prepare engineering plans and specifications for detention facilities, storm drains, flood control facilities, and other hydraulic structures. Lead and coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage all aspects of small to medium projects or routine large projects. Handle multiple small to medium projects concurrently. Establish and maintain client relationships, participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders. Coordinate staffing and workload, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Monitor financial aspects of projects, adjusting work efforts to stay within budget and schedule. Collaborate with leadership for periodic project reviews. Implement QA/QC procedures. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 7 years of related experience. Minimum 2 years of project management experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Access experience is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills. Commitment to our employee-owned culture. Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification.
