Leading and coordinating a global team of engineers in turbine blade and vane development within Large Gas Turbines R&D. Guiding team members in aerodynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical design. Managing interfaces with manufacturing, service, and engineering teams. Ensuring project completion according to specifications, schedule, and budget. Identifying and mitigating technical and commercial risks. Reporting progress to project managers and stakeholders. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. 5+ years in R&D project management, preferably in gas turbines. Deep understanding of turbine design activities. Experience guiding diverse teams and manufacturing processes. Strong communication and intercultural skills. Team and Company Overview:
