Coordinate with applicable integration leads to assist with tracking of relevant integration initiatives. Liaise with all departments and vendors to support continual improvement with regard to health, safety and environmental performance. Support all P2R integration activities across the fleet.

QUALIFICATIONS Two years of relevant experience in the energy industry. Knowledge of safety and environmental management systems. Comprehensive understanding of the HSE function in an oil and gas producing environment. Experience in administration of document control systems. Understanding of Quality Framework and application of quality processes and continuous improvement tools. Facilitate leadership and influencing skills. Skills/behaviors which support a team-based, process-driven business organization. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Experience working in a computerized environment. Proven ability to effectively adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads and sudden or frequent changes in priority in order to accomplish objectives. Ability to work under pressure in an environment which expects the highest levels of customer service, confidentiality and ethical behavior. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work with the integration team leads and extract all relevant information for rolling out procedures, processes and systems and build into rig specific plans for NIMS Support the planning, scheduling and co-ordination of all P2R integration activities for the legacy fleet Support each rig with the 3C coaches onboard to ensure integration tasks for the rigs are on target Ensure all lessons learned from each rig are built into NIMS for the next rigs in sequence Provide weekly update reports for each rig during integration activities, attend daily / weekly meetings with the offshore team and coaches Ensure the development of critical documents during integration are on target i.e. safety cases, bridging documents, SOPEPs, Station Bills, Emergency Response Plans, Induction material by working with the HSE and Operations integration leads. Conduct administrative tasks in NIMS for the offshore coaches so they can concentrate on training the crews, updating tasks, adding evidence Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY None
