Tampa Divorce is a family law firm seeking to add an experienced family law attorney to our Westchase Office (13057 W Linebaugh AVE Ave Ste 102, Tampa, FL 33626) Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney located in Tampa, FL. While the primary work location is in our Westchase office, some work from home is acceptable. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues related to family law, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and alimony. Daily tasks will include drafting motions, conducting depositions, and providing legal counsel to clients. The attorney will also attend court hearings and collaborate with other legal professionals. Qualifications Proficiency in Law, Family Law, and Legal Issues Experience with drafting and filing motions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Member in good standing of the Florida Bar Experience in family law practice is preferred Seniority level
