What we do Our collective future is being built in the physical world, but the builders of tomorrow’s technology can no longer rely on yesterday’s tools. At Arena, we’re building the world’s first AI industrial engineer designed to solve the most complex hardware and manufacturing challenges. Our product, Atlas, is built with an understanding of the behavior of physical systems, powered by a superior knowledge of core domains of physics. About the role Arena is looking for an ambitious and driven Technical Recruiter to help us scale our team. As our second recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building the recruiting function from the ground up. You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, and business leaders to find, engage, and hire exceptional talent across technical and non-technical roles.

How you will contribute

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, machine learning, hardware) and other high-priority roles across the company.

Partner directly with leadership to understand hiring needs and define effective recruiting strategies.

Source and engage top talent through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Arena’s culture and values.

Take on cross-functional projects to operationalize and optimize recruiting as a core function.

You have

2–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience at a top startup, early-stage tech company, or top agency.

Experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., software engineering); experience across multiple functions is a plus.

The ability to balance competing priorities and support operational projects as needed.

Strong communication skills and a track record of building partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders.

Passion for creating a great candidate experience.

Requirements

Willing to work in our NYC office 5 days a week.

The base salary range is $100,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience, with additional equity and benefits.
