Thats why we work with skilled nursing facilities to design and build customized Dialyze Direct home dialysis dens within the building a first-to-market approach that benefits all involved:
Patients receive shorter, gentler and more frequent treatments, more closely mimicking the function of healthy kidneys. Patients experience decreased recovery times and a dramatic improvement to their quality of life. Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care.
LOCATION: 2406 Atherholt Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24501. Forest Health and Rehab Center
Established in 1995, Forest Health and Rehab is a 97 bed skilled nursing and rehab community located in Lynchburg, VA, which many may know as Hill City or The City of Seven Hills. The facility sits on a cul-de-sac shared with Johnsons Health Center and The Surgery Center of Lynchburg, and is conveniently located near Lynchburg General Hospital.
Each year, the community participates in The Walk to End Alzheimers, which they fundraise all year long for with cookouts, bake sales, yard sales, and other fun events. The team also participates in Toys for Tots every holiday season to give back to those in need.
Forest Health and Rehab islocated near many shopping centers as well as local parks around town. Some attractions for visitors of the area include The James River, Amazement Square, Monument Terrace, and Point of Honor.
Forest Health and Rehab is committed to providing quality and compassionate care to the residents the community has the pleasure of serving. Whether the residents are here for short or long term care, the community hopes that they can call Forest Health and Rehab their home.
