Synertex LLC is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide support at multiple locations, including Schriever SFB, CO; Point Mugu Naval Air Station, CA; and Fort Detrick, MD.
This position requires a TS/SCI clearance and involves coordination and support across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Support instructor spot checks for approximately 90 personnel, including scheduling, deconflicting training spaces, notifying observers, and tracking observation events.
Schedule and deconflict training classrooms and facilities.
Support the Delta 8 Instructor Qualification Course (IQC) and follow-on training, scheduling course dates for staff instructors for both in-residence and distance learners.
Support professional development activities, including scheduling training spaces, creating schedules, sending notifications, coordinating with outside entities, collecting attendance, and updating records.
Track and report student instructor status and progress in the qualification process, including accessing training management systems, sending reminders, updating records, and issuing certificates.
Compile metrics into reports to assist in decision-making, such as student throughput, facility availability, and academic courses.
Schedule support for quarterly Instructor Review Board (IRB), including reserving spaces and sending invitations.
Provide scheduling for monthly SATCOM Fundamentals training, supporting approximately 14 instances annually.
Coordinate and manage instructor and student schedules for classes and exercises.
Schedule and deconflict OSK briefings for Delta 8 members, including reserving spaces, preparing materials, and assisting with event planning.
Provide scheduling support via Teams/SharePoint.
Gather and compile student/instructor feedback and after-action reports, and communicate findings appropriately.
Maintain training databases and tracking systems, including daily grade sheets and AF Form 4419s.
Work with PEX experts and support squadron training efforts.
Train personnel on PEX software, report generation, and leadership briefings.
Support training requirements and safety compliance based on technical military knowledge.
Generate monthly reports on student feedback, instructor progress, and after-action summaries.
Requirements
Experience in administrative support, preferably in military or educational settings.
TS/SCI security clearance.
Salary: $100,000 - $117,000 per year
