Position: Manager, Oracle HCM Responsibilities

Participate in Oracle Cloud HCM / Payroll projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Oracle optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.

Review and map Oracle Cloud Payroll business processes.

Manage day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud advisory engagements, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.

Review business processes and advise clients on system services within Oracle Cloud applications.

Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

At least five years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud and EBS Payroll.

Experience with three full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll as a Functional Lead / Architect, including design, formulas, costing, HDL, configuration, and process alignment.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.

Experience with project planning, requirements gathering, design, and deployment lifecycle.

Functional Payroll Certification (FPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), or equivalent certifications preferred.

Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll processes and best practices.

Ability to travel as needed.

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
