We're seeking a dynamic part time Social Media Manager who lives and breathes internet culture and can translate our brand's energy into scroll-stopping content. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller who is hungry to build and can make our brand voice resonate across multiple platforms while driving engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute against a comprehensive social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and other social platforms. Create engaging, high-quality content that captures the essence of the client's content identity online. Manage daily social media operations, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Track and analyze social media metrics, providing monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the lifestyle or family verticals. Proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement. Exceptional content creation skills with video editing and photography abilities. Deep understanding of the lifestyle content vertical and current social media trends. Proficiency in social media management tools and software. Strong analytical skills with experience in social media performance metrics. Proficient in Premier Pro or other similar editing platforms. Advanced smartphone video and photo skills. Ability to deliver high-quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under time pressure. Must possess strong writing skills. Detail-oriented and possesses excellent project management skills.
