As a Digital Marketing Program Manager, you will work closely with brand teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute best-in-class digital marketing initiatives. You’ll be the strategic bridge between creative, technology, and marketing teams—ensuring seamless execution of projects across websites, native apps, and other digital platforms. What you’ll be doing:
Strategic Digital Marketing Execution
Develop, manage, and execute consumer-facing marketing programs across various digital channels, with a strong focus on owned websites and native apps
Partner with internal brand teams, developers, creatives, UX designers, and external agencies to ensure digital initiatives align with business goals and consumer expectations
Act as the primary interface between brands, IT, and marketing suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from brief development to post-launch optimization, ensuring all initiatives drive engagement, retention, and conversions
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including creative, technology, and user experience (UX) teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on marketing initiatives
Clearly communicate business objectives, competitive insights, and digital trends to internal stakeholders, equipping them to add value to the brand
Work closely with IT/development teams to facilitate website updates, troubleshoot technical challenges, and optimize digital performance
Negotiate and manage agency partnerships, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to deadlines, and best-in-class execution
Project & Program Management
Oversee and maintain a digital marketing roadmap, prioritizing projects based on brand objectives and business impact
Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all projects are executed on schedule and within scope
Provide detailed status updates and reports to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
Ensure all project documentation, including job start forms and change requests, is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Data-Driven Decision Making & Optimization
Leverage Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
Implement and oversee SEO strategies, usability testing, and content management tools to enhance digital effectiveness
Review and analyze performance metrics across all digital programs, providing insights and actionable improvements
Compliance & Brand Consistency
Ensure all consumer-facing materials meet legal, medical, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure marketing content aligns with brand standards and business objectives
Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to secure necessary approvals before content deployment
Process Improvement & Innovation
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency in campaign execution
Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to enhance brand engagement
Lead post-campaign retrospectives, ensuring lessons learned are documented and applied to future initiatives
Who we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years in marketing program management, agency account management, or brand marketing
Strong ability to foster trust and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as negotiation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate roadblocks
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, content management tools, and digital marketing strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with design software is a plus
