We use Customer Generation, a marketing methodology developed by us, focusing on SQLs and Customers rather than traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video to our clients through comprehensive digital marketing strategies that consistently hit their SQL targets. Note:
this role is internally titled Content Marketing Strategist. The Content Strategists and Senior Content Strategists are crucial, client-facing roles responsible for daily deliverables, creating and managing custom strategies, and communicating with clients and internal teams. These roles mainly serve Enterprise clients and require a deep understanding of their service lines and overall business impact to develop holistic marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of content strategy and technical SEO, including site audits, structured data, and Core Web Vitals. They should seamlessly integrate technical insights with content initiatives to drive organic growth and maximize search visibility. Roles And Responsibilities
Strategic Excellence and Best Practices
Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies aligned with client goals and Directive standards. Use project phases, past performance, and ongoing campaigns to optimize strategies. Collaborate with Associate Directors to resolve issues and ensure strategic alignment. Create creative briefs and develop engaging content campaigns based on insights. Apply frameworks like LTV modeling, customer generation, share of SERP, and content production. Goal Setting
Analyze data from Google Analytics, CRM, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to set measurable goals. Work with AsDs to review and finalize goals before presenting to clients. Project Management
Manage the execution of strategies, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Use Asana for workflow management and delegation. Coordinate with content writers, designers, and project managers to deliver quality campaigns. Internal and External Communication
Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering trust and strong relationships. Communicate proactively about deliverables, timelines, and progress via Slack and meetings. Keep leadership informed about issues, opportunities, and account changes. Reporting and Insights
Prepare and present updates on strategy progress, including bi-weekly NSM reviews, monthly/quarterly reports, and bi-annual reviews. Foundational SEO Skills
Conduct SEO audits, identify issues, and recommend improvements. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research and backlink campaigns. Tools

Screaming Frog, SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, Excel. Nice to Have:
