You are a key part of the E-commerce Product Design team, responsible for producing impactful e-commerce user experiences across the Getty Images and iStock websites. You will play a critical role in optimizing the end-to-end customer experience across plans and pricing pages, search results pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows. By leveraging data, user research, and design best practices, you will help drive conversion, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities:
Design, prototype, and optimize user experiences across key e-commerce touchpoints, including plans and pricing pages, asset detail pages, search results pages, and checkout flows. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Researchers, Content Designers, and Marketers to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver impactful solutions. Clearly present and discuss your work with stakeholders, translating brief objectives and company goals into effective solutions. Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and time constraints. Getty Images and iStock brand guidelines are implemented consistently across all channels. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems. Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve our customer experience. What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, or another relevant field. 3–5 years of design experience, preferably on an ecommerce team. Have an available online portfolio. Advanced knowledge of the Figma product (design systems, auto layout, prototyping). Experience packaging design files for front-end development team. Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality of work. Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Understanding of creative project management tools such as ClickUp, Wrike, Workfront, or Asana. Dependable, positive, open-minded, and able to clearly articulate your design choices to creative and non-creative stakeholders. Receptive attitude to feedback and a strong attention to detail. Nice to Have:
Experience in reporting and analytics, such as understanding of A/B testing and knowledge in key metric identification for driving performance. Background or interest in photography.
