Minimum of two years in litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, depositions, court conferences, and trial prep. Responsibilities:
For Labor & Employment, advising on compliance, handling FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage law issues. Engage in significant client contact and manage complex cases for regional and national clients. Requirements:
License to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia, or willingness to sit for the bar exam. Strong academic background and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Compensation:
Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $40,000+ in bonus potential. Application:
