Brand Manager

for Turner Motorsport (TMS) to play a key role at EAH. This position requires market knowledge, analytical skills, and business acumen. Reporting to the Director of Pricing & BMW Product, based at our Wadsworth, Ohio headquarters, the responsibilities include: The Opportunity: Setting strategic direction and goals for Turner Motorsport and EAH's BMW business, collaborating with R&D, Marketing, S&P, Sales, and Customer Service teams. Launching new in-house engineered and third-party products for BMW enthusiasts. Managing the online catalog on turnermotorsport.com, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Achieving financial targets for revenue, margins, and expenses. Collaborating with the CMO to align product and site merchandising strategies with brand value propositions. Developing growth strategies for the Turner Motorsport brand to drive differentiation, revenue, and margins. Managing relationships with the Turner Motorsport Racing team for joint marketing and sponsorship opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Strategy:

Define and execute the strategic vision for Turner Motorsport with cross-functional collaboration. Budgeting & KPIs:

Develop and manage budgets; meet revenue, gross profit, and margin goals. New Product Development:

Create and implement growth strategies, set product roadmaps, and ensure innovative product launches. Web Catalog Curation & Updates:

Maintain an engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimized online catalog. Inventory Management:

Forecast and manage stock levels, negotiate COGS and marketing programs. Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate on go-to-market campaigns for new products. Vendor Relationships & Strategic Partnerships:

Build and maintain vendor partnerships and respond promptly to vendor needs. Brand Integrity:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and resolve quality issues. Pricing Strategy:

Develop competitive pricing to meet market and financial goals. **Requirements:** True BMW Enthusiast!

Deep knowledge and passion for BMWs and enthusiast trends. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. 8–10 years of leadership experience managing projects and teams in a fast-paced environment, with skills in organization, communication, collaboration, data analysis, and problem-solving. Experience with Paid & Organic SEO. Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and in teams. Results-driven with continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills. Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, web databases, and general computer skills.
