Our client is a top California consumer protection firm with a serious trial pedigree—and they’re hiring junior litigators to help drive meaningful impact. If you’ve got 1–4 years of experience in civil litigation or plaintiff-side employment law and want to grow into a courtroom-ready trial attorney, this is the right place to do it. You’ll work in-office five days a week alongside a team that’s known for delivering results where it matters most: in front of a jury. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to depositions, motions, and discovery—and a real path to trial work for those who want it. What You’ll Do: Draft and respond to discovery, manage document productions Handle law & motion work—including drafting and arguing motions Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and CMCs Support trial attorneys with witness prep, strategy sessions, and trial prep Manage cases in collaboration with paralegals, co-counsel, and internal teams Must-Haves: 1–4 years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred) Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom communication skills California Bar license in good standing Ability to work onsite in Century City 5 days per week—this is non-negotiable A real interest in consumer law and a growth mindset Nice-To-Haves: Background in employment law or lemon law Defense experience is fine—just be ready to explain the switch Spanish bilingual skills are helpful but not required Our Client Offers: Competitive compensation and full benefits Strong mentorship from top trial attorneys Opportunities for career progression into trial roles A mission-driven practice that advocates for working-class consumers A collaborative team in a beautiful Century City office Why This Role Stands Out: You’ll get hands-on litigation experience fast—no waiting for years to touch a case The firm invests in your development and wants to see you win, not just in court but in your career It’s not about billable hours—it’s about meaningful outcomes for real people Seniority level
