Marketing Manager, Creative Partnerships
Full-time Business Segment: Versant Revenue & Digital NBCUniversal is a leading media and entertainment company creating world-class content across film, television, streaming, theme parks, and consumer experiences. We are spinning off a new publicly traded company, Versant, comprising NBCUniversal’s cable networks and digital assets like Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes, expected to complete in 2025. The Creative Partnership team at Versant specializes in digital solutions for advertising partners, focusing on high-value audiences through the Fandango Network and Sports Next brands. The team leads innovation, go-to-market strategies, and growth opportunities. This role reports to the Senior Director and focuses on Sports Next’s digital properties, supporting pre-sale planning and post-sale campaign execution to deliver impactful advertising solutions. Responsibilities
Pre-Sale Process:
Engage with advertisers and agencies, lead internal briefings, develop proposals, and pitch ideas effectively. Sponsorship Development:
Identify and shape new sponsorship opportunities based on client goals, market trends, and consumer insights. Collateral Development:
Create and maintain sales materials like decks and one-sheets to support the sales team and showcase sponsorship opportunities. Post-Sales Campaign Management:
Assist in executing digital campaigns, including CRM assets, video content, editorial, and partnerships. Social Campaign Management:
Manage paid social campaigns, ensuring strategic targeting and performance optimization. Creative Project Management:
Coordinate between clients and creative teams to develop campaign assets, ensuring compliance with specs and guidelines. Cross-Functional Communication:
Facilitate communication across teams to ensure campaign alignment and progress. Product Innovation & Advocacy:
Explore new advertising solutions based on market feedback and trends. Design Support:
Use Canva and AI tools to create digital assets efficiently. Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in advertising, media agency, or media company Experience with paid social campaigns, especially Meta Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, OpenArt, or Midjourney is a plus Desired Characteristics
High standards, organizational skills, attention to detail Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, proactive Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative writing skills Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn Supportive and adaptable team player Additional Requirements
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days in the office in Orlando, Los Angeles, or New York City. Applicants may need to attend in-person interviews at one of our locations.
