IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities include: Partnering with business leaders and technology professionals to understand needs and outcomes. Leading a portfolio of complex projects aligned with company strategy. Implementing insurance products supporting various lines of business. Leading IT teams to develop or enhance applications supporting agents and consumers. Managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and quality standards. Facilitating user acceptance testing and reviewing requirements with stakeholders. Presenting project updates to senior management regularly. Qualifications include: Experience in developing detailed system requirements and project plans. Ability to evaluate business requirements and develop technical solutions. Knowledge of project management methodologies like Waterfall and Agile. Preferred experience: Property and Casualty insurance experience, especially with personal or commercial lines. Experience leading IT projects for insurance products.
