Responsibilities: Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems Maintain and optimize data pipelines Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations, reports, and visualizations Deploy models into production environments and maintain their performance over time Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into existing systems and infrastructure Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Stay current with emerging data science techniques and tools, continuously expanding your skill set Monitor model performance and iterate on solutions based on feedback and changing business needs Document methodologies and findings to enable knowledge sharing across the team Qualifications: Required: 1-2 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a related analytical role Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative science discipline Proficiency in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing Experience with machine learning modeling techniques (regression, classification, clustering, etc.) Hands-on experience with MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance Programming skills in Python, with experience in relevant libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, etc.) Experience with data visualization tools and techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software engineering best practices Experience working in collaborative development environments with engineering teams Familiarity with big data tools and distributed computing frameworks Experience with A/B testing and experimental design Knowledge of database systems and SQL Company: DrFirst has been transforming medication management for 25 years, helping providers and patients navigate a complex and often fragmented healthcare system.
