Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney Location: San Antonio Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday) Compensation: Competitive Salary + Bonus Structure (Commensurate with Experience) Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and manage pre-litigation personal injury cases. Key Responsibilities: Handle all phases of pre-litigation case development through resolution or transition to litigation. Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel. Develop case strategies, review medical records, and ensure thorough documentation. Negotiate settlements and support clients with compassionate and clear guidance. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of legal experience with at least 1 years in personal injury (plaintiff). Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable interacting with clients, insurance representatives, and colleagues. Easygoing, team-oriented personality with a genuine passion for helping people. Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience in personal injury case pre-litigation and/or litigation.
