Our client, a real estate law firm is looking to hire a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet Real Estate Paralegal to join their dynamic real estate law firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the real estate closing process, managing communications, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately prepared and submitted. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the real estate closing process from contract to post-closing. Gather, review, and organize all necessary documentation including contracts, title commitments, loan documents, and closing statements. Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction. Draft and review closing documents, including settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and escrow instructions. Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner on behalf of attorneys. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, checklists, and closing calendars. Ensure all deadlines are met and that closings proceed smoothly and on schedule. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Assist attorneys with due diligence, title and survey review, and resolving any issues that arise during the transaction. Coordinate the disbursement of funds and ensure proper recording of documents post-closing. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or title company. Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, closing procedures, and legal terminology. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. Experience with title software and e-recording platforms is a plus. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Location:
