Job Description ProSidian Seeks a Insider Threat Advisor | Insider Threat Management and Analysis [DITMAC0016015] for Program Support on a Full-Time, Exempt W2 basis located CONUS - Quantico, VA, supporting Federal agency safeguarding DoD security, counterintelligence, and insider threat programs. Seeking candidates with relevant Defense and Security Sector Experience (functional and technical expertise preferred) to support professional services for Defense and Security Clients such as DITMAC. This is a full-time position with benefits and competitive salary. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services as an Insider Threat Advisor supporting DITMAC Threat Analysis Center in the Defense and Security Sector, focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients like DCSA and DITMAC, primarily located in CONUS - Quantico, VA, and the Mid Atlantic Region. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Offer subject matter expertise on insider threat programs and assist in developing prevention and detection frameworks. The role is based near Quantico, VA, at 27130 Telegraph Road. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum of 20 years supporting insider threat programs or related activities, including experience in federal law enforcement, counterintelligence, or security, with recent experience at the General Officer or SES level. No specific minimum years at these levels required. Active Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional - Analysis/Fundamentals (CCITP-A/F) accreditation. Preference for candidates at the GO/SES level willing to obtain CCITP within 90 days, or current Senior O-6/GS-15 with CCITP. Understanding of DOD Intelligence Community insider threats and policies. Experience with directives, threat assessment, security support, counterintelligence, investigations, and access determinations. Direct support experience with DOD IC or military. Ability to collaborate with security and law enforcement communities. Additional Requirements Must have or be eligible for Top Secret Clearance. Proficiency in project management, leadership, time management, multitasking, and communication skills. Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism. No sponsorship support; U.S. citizenship required. Background checks and drug testing may be required.
