Digital Experience Specialist (UX/UI Specialist)
with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and creative skills, with the ability to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will be responsible for enhancing the user experience across digital platforms by creating seamless, engaging designs that drive user satisfaction and business goals. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts and functionality. Test designs with donors to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement. Analyze user feedback and analytics to inform design decisions and improve donor experience. Design visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms and ensure consistency across platforms. Identify and resolve usability issues to improve service interactions. Document design specifications for engineering implementation and monitor the UX quality during feature development and after release. Manage and update dynamic content related to marketing initiatives on the Website and other platforms. Monitor, report, and optimize App/Web performance. Support Marketing and Operations teams on training for new App/Web features. This job description provides a general overview and is not exhaustive. Managers may assign additional duties as needed. Education Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, User Experience, or related field. Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Preferred: Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Flutter, React & React Native). Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus, especially in the pharmaceutical or related industries. Experience 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in eCommerce or pharmaceutical environments. Preferred: a portfolio showcasing your web/mobile (iOS & Android) design work.
