$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Senior Recruitment Coordinator ABOUT THE ROLE: A leading global financial services firm is seeking a high-achieving individual to join its recruitment operations team as a senior coordinator. This position plays a key role in supporting the firm's ambitious hiring efforts by managing interview logistics and leading a small team of recruitment coordinators. The role combines individual contribution with leadership responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, inclusive, and collaborative environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership of interview scheduling and candidate communication, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the hiring process. Lead and support a team of coordinators by offering guidance, training, and regular feedback to maintain consistency and operational excellence. Act as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring stakeholders, working to improve workflows and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Help recruit and onboard new team members, contributing to a culture of learning and growth. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: Holds a bachelor’s degree and has a minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably within a fast-paced recruiting or talent acquisition environment. Possesses exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Has direct experience as a recruiting coordinator or in related roles such as People Operations or HR. Leadership experience—whether through direct management or mentorship—is a strong plus. The estimated base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 annually.
